Job Description:/h3:
Our small office is currently seeking x200B;a Bookkeeper/ HR assistant to join our team You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records as well as cross trained in other duties to help the flow of our office.
:Invoice and collect more than 1,000 work orders
:Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
:Compute and record numerical data
:Check the accuracy of business transactions
:Perform data entry and administrative duties
:Accounts Payable
:Human Resources
:Ability to work with Service Techs to ensure customers are invoiced properly
:Ability to work with Salesmen/ Project Managers to insure timely and accurate billing
:Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
:Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
:Ability to prioritize and multitask
:Strong organizational skills
