Job Description Administrative Assistant $37,000.00 per year 7:30 AM- 4:30 PM Monday- Friday Bray Sheet Metal Company will be losing (due to retirement) 2 long term employees over the next year and a half and we are looking for an Administrative Assistant who, with the right interpersonal and management skills, will train to become our new Office/General Manager. Duties include, but are not limited to * Accounts Payable * Accountants Receivable * Weekly Payroll * Daily Bank Deposits * New Hire Safety Training (from Power Point Presentation) * Maintaining OSHA Compliance * Liaison between our Sheet Metal Shop, Roofing Department, Estimators, CPA, IT, and Sales Reps * Back up on phones Necessary skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word. Positive Attitude, Detail Oriented, Excellent Communication and Technical Writing Skills, and Exceptional Customer Service a must. Preferred: Experience with AIA forms and contracts Technical skills for minor in office computer glitches College Degree or 3 plus years Administrative Assistant experience Knowledge of OSHA 300/300A Compliance Company Description Bray Sheet Metal was established in 1924 and still operates out of our downtown Little Rock location.
