About the Job

Become an integral part in helping run an art studio. We engage with exciting and fun clients with interesting projects daily. Assist the owner in completing business tasks and creating artistic spaces for homes and businesses all over Arkansas and some beyond. Plan meetings, serve customer needs, set up projects and keep on top of all of the daily activities at hand.

This job is Monday through Friday working as a team in every situation we are Mac and IOS compatible and are looking for someone who will catch the phone, answer emails, run errands and keep things organized. We have to carry furniture from time to time and hang art so it gets a bit physical but nothing too strenuous. This job pays well and has bonuses throughout the year.

Enhances executive's effectiveness by providing management support; representing the executive to others. Helping executive execute art studio business. Answers phones and assists with in home design consults.


* Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and photos.
* Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
* Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
* Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence; speaking for the executive.
* Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
* Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
* Completes projects by assigning work to staff; following up on results. Works closes with other interior designers to complete design projects. Collects fees and payments and deposits for projects.
* Prepares reports and estimates by collecting and analyzing information.
* Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
* Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
*organizes and upkeep’s art studio and retail space. Helps in purchasing and procuring art supplies, furniture and decor items for install.
* Contributes to team effort by co - leading team in daily tasks
