Clinical Effectiveness products serve a variety of purposes for customer organizations but are inconsistently recognized as strategic advantages by customer executives and key influencers\\. The breadth and quality of our products put us in a unique position to address/solve strategic challenges influenced by care variability, clinical decision\\-making and patient behavior\\. Because customers struggle with how to solve these challenges, Clinical Effectiveness has an opportunity to act as consultants, designing solutions to address specific needs including identifying product combinations, tailoring customer workflows and helping to redesign customer processes\\.
The Director, Services Design will plan, launch and build a professional services offering for Clinical Effectiveness, positioning the organization as a key consultant as customers seek to reduce variability and improve outcomes throughout their systems\\. These efforts will drive revenue, improve customer adoption, expand value realization, and solidify customer relationships\\. The Director will establish credibility and expertise with customers and oversee consulting work at customer sites\\. This position can be based from a remote home office and travel as required\\.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage directly with clients to understand opportunities to enhance WK value through a Professional Services offering
Lead the development of Professional Service offerings and methodologies centered around deployment of WK Clinical
Effectiveness products to solve strategic needs of customer organizations
Partner with Sales and Customer Experience teams to identify, qualify, scope, and prioritize opportunities
Develop engagement plans, schedules, success criteria, milestones
Ensure that projects and deliverables are completed on time and within budget, and at a high level of customer satisfaction
Possess exceptional presentation skills to help convey both the clinical and technical benefits of all Wolters Kluwer Clinical Effectiveness solutions to a variety of customer stakeholders
Build strong customer relationships necessary to identify opportunities to deliver professional/consulting services and leverage these relationships in order to secure and perform engagements
Be an industry and product expert, capable of serving as a consultant to customers on both WKH and competitive products\\.
Complete all administrative requirements in a timely and accurate manner\\.
Work either autonomously or with others, including peers, channel partners, product development, marketing and executive management
Work closely with others to share bright ideas and best practices that will improve team performance
Interact with other departments in the organization to insure the proper handling of customer requirements\\.
Assumes other duties as assigned by manager\\.
**Qualifications:** JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree plus clinical or technical degree
10\\+ years in hospital/health system or pharmacy\\. High degree of expertise in the fields of healthcare delivery, healthcare IT, patient engagement preferred
5\\+ years in hospital/health system or pharmacy leadership roles
Experience in a professional/client services environment a plus
Self\\-starter and independent thinker, with the aptitude to work autonomously
Strong working knowledge of the healthcare industry
Proven business acumen in successfully fostering value\\-based relationships and a skill set that enables successful relationships with numerous levels of healthcare professionals
Excellent interpersonal communication skills\\. Listens and presents with a high degree of comfort and credibility
Serves with passion and vigor, energy giver, organized, masters attention to detail, listens, has a high sense of urgency, brilliant on the basics of blocking and tackling, embraces accountability, hates to lose
Up to 50% Travel
