The Access Coordinator III works under supervision to function as a patient resource for all scheduling and billing questions functions. All UAMS employees will treat others with Dignity and Respect. We collaborate in policy and program development, implementation, and evaluation using best practices in delivering quality service. These core concepts allow for an approach to health care that shapes policies, programs, facility design and staff day:to:day interactions. It leads to better health outcomes and wiser allocation of resources, and greater patient and family satisfaction. Good communication and customer service skills, computer/basic keyboard skills, telephone etiquette skills, and general knowledge of office machines including printers and scanners. Knowledge in basic medical terminology required. CHAA certification is preferred. Salary: Neg.
