This Position provides clerical duties in the service center, as well as support to other members of Old Dominion. A customer service representative is knowledgeable, has excellent communication skills, and represents Old Dominion professionally by responding to customer and coworkers inquiries in order to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. High School Diploma or equivalent.Office experience preferred.
