JOB PURPOSE Process driver applications to determine eligibility for employment. To support and maintain accurate records of Driver applications and the Company?s Driver Referral Programs. RESPONSIBILITIES Process Applications :Work applications by pulling DAC, MVR, CDLIST, PSP, SSN and previous employment verification :Document driver status and make accurate comments in database in a timely manner :Contact previous employers to solicit necessary verifications Driver Referrals :Send out Congratulations on 1st Month Macro and prepare Custom Referral Cards :Complete Referral Pay to payroll and send message Reports :Weekly Show Up Reports :Weekly Orientation List Professional Development :Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending appropriate training :Contributes to the team effort by recommending improved processes :Works well with others within the department and the company :Contributes to the success of the department by completing assigned projects :Ensures company confidentiality Requirements REQUIREMENTS :Ability to communicate through verbal and written correspondence with all levels of management, employees and outside contacts :Basic computer skills using spreadsheets, and word processing :Accurate typing and data entry skills :Ability to work multiple tasks in a fast paced environment :Strong Customer Service skills :Must get things done on schedule and follow:through in completing tasks and solving problems MINIMUM EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Prefer One year recruiting or transportation experience OR 3 years secretarial experience.
